Kaguya-Sama S1E10: "Kaguya Won't Forgive"
...you know, if I didn't know that there were multiple seasons of this show, I'd be pretty sure we were about to hit the finale. With the tension escalated by the previous episode, this scene really feels like it's going to end with them rolling around the floor covered in frosting and strawberry jelly.
Kaguya-Sama: Love is War S1E9: “Long Title/Seriously Long-Ass Title/Holy Fuck Why Is This Episode Title So Long?”
Chika is either holding onto this way passed the appropriate age, or she's doing a bit. Granted, that question applies to almost everything that Chika says and does, so.
Fate/Zero S2E9: "All the Evil In the World"
...maybe I should just treat Kirei's motivations the same way I'll be treating the Grail rules. Just make like the TNG showrunners and leave "(insert technobabble here)" on the scripts for other people to fill in.
Fate/Zero S1E8: "Knight on Two Wheels" (continued)
My preemptive apologies to anyone who was planning to commission more of the Fate S/N animes. Thanks to Zero, this is what Gilgamesh and Kirei will always be to me now.
Fate/Zero S2E8: "Knight on Two Wheels"
Almost three thousand words already, and the second half of this episode is going to make me say...well...words. Plural. Very plural words.
Fate/Zero S2E7: "Return of the Assassin"
Fate/Zero didn't start out as shit, but it sure became it by the final quarter.
Fate/Zero S2E6: "Where Justice Is Found" (continued)
I still don't understand why Arturia wasn't able to make a counterargument to Kiritsugu's philosophy if the story itself thinks it's wrong.
Fate/Zero S2E6: "Where Justice Is Found"
Those bees look like wasps. This breaks my suspension of disbelief and ruins the entire series.
Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem (finale)
It looks like they've set up an FTL commlink between Earth and Tealios. Well, that should make things interesting going forward! Also, S'telha twerks right into the camera.
Interstella 5555: the 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem (part 5)
They open it, and discover it to be an illuminated manuscript telling literally the entire story of the villain's origins, methods, and plans. Don't you just love it when you luck out like that?
Interstella 5555: “The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem” (part four)
Okay, so yeah, that's not how these things typically work on Earth. You win, movie.
Interstella 5555: the 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem (part three)
Maybe that's the real reason for those silly helmets; they got tired of telepathic aliens plagiarizing their songs and started wearing protection.
Interstella 5555: the 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem (part two)
This could reflect poorly on our species, or it could just be proportionate retribution for Elvis; we'll have to see more before we can judge.
Interstella 5555: “the 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem” (part one)
"Musicians are magicians, that's what I always say. I've always had this dream or hope since my childhood, and the dream itself came toward me. How should I explain this...I have all these lights in my head."
Space Strikers E1: "Best of Friends, Worst of Enemies" (continued)
I don't think I've EVER seen a story work so hard to avoid doing something interesting. However, I'm also pretty sure that it wasn't the creators' fault that things had to turn out like this.
Space Strikers E1: "Best of Friends, Worst of Enemies"
The man known as Master Phantom was born by the name of Vincent Burke, and he and Nemo were BFF's back in the earth space force academy. Here are a couple of off-model cadets walking side by side to prove it.
